baby faith

This morning Violet was chattering away about making another big cupcake. She got an enormous cupcake silicone baking pan for her birthday (the kind that takes two cake mixes worth of batter to fill up!), and a couple weeks ago we attempted to make our first one, but unfortunately, it was a flop. The top "muffin top" part of the cupcake had too much batter in it and didn't bake all the way through. So we made the best of the cake with the bottom cupcake part that baked just fine that we could. It was supposed to be a small group treat...so tonight we are going to try again. While she was eating breakfast this morning, she said "I think we should pray about the cupcake that it won't be a mess this time." So she prayed for the cupcake to turn out and be pretty. We'll see how it bakes this time, as soon as I'm done writing we are going to start attempt #2 with less batter in the top part.
