I was sorting through a packet of papers that came home with her from school last week. I noticed a section she drew a picture, and the instructions were to draw a picture of something you do on your favorite day. I wasn't quite sure how to interpret it, so I asked her. She told me it is a picture of her (with a purple ponytail) walking home to her house, because her favorite thing to do is go home and be with her family. Awww. Love my little Violet.

Think of all the times Violet's gone around the block or was at the neighborhood park and the many many daily events and errands of coming and going and all of your LONG travels and the best part of going anywhere, no matter how fun, at the end of the day, the destination is "home"...security is having a home in an unpredictable and often over-whelming world..."Home Sweet Home"!
