Eli - 11 months

Eli is 23 lbs and 30 3/4" tall.  I took him to the doc last week to investigate a fever followed by a rash and it turned out to be roseola. Nothing to do, its one of those viruses a person gets once and is immune for life.  He is just fine now.
He is copying sounds like crazy!  If anyone clicks their tongue, spits, says "ya ya ya" or "da da da" he will immediately copy us with the exact sound. 
This little boy has quite an appetite! His favorite seems to he pancakes, he'll eat 3 in one sitting.  He also likes cheese, raisins, noodles, squash/sweet potatoes, rice, broccoli, bread, mashed bananas, and yogurt.  Not bread so much.
The kids find him hysterical.  Calvin especially likes to laugh at him and all the cute little ways Eli does life...the way he giggles when tickled, the way he sticks stuff in his mouth and crawls around with it still in his mouth, his chubby little cheeks, the way he flaps his arms with excitement, and how he crawls up stairs.  Violet likes all that too but she sees him less as she is at school all day.  Calvin enjoys playing with him.  He usually sticks Eli in an empty laundry basket or the doll crib and surrounds him with toys.  Eli likes that too! 
Eli crawled up the whole flight of stairs last week (4-20-2013) for the first time.  He hasn't ventured to go down stairs yet but hasn't fallen yet either.
I can't believe he will be 1 so very soon!
