I'm way late posting this, but Vanessa got the opportunity to play on a volleyball club with Iowa Elite for the year 2023-2024. It was a traveling team and they went to the quad cities, Des Moines, and other places from Nov through April (2023-2024). Practices were twice a week at Wapsie Valley and Orchard Hill Elementary. It overlapped Calvin's football year and Violet's senior year of volleyball so it was a juggle getting her to practices and weekend tournaments. Violet was helpful to take her to a tournament for me and Calvin was helpful taking her to some practices. I have a variety of pics of the year, so I'll post some! Volleyball has become Vanessa's passion and she LOVED being part of a club so she could keep up her skills during the school off-season.
