Calvin - part of inaugural Waterloo Christian Regents FIRST FOOTBALL TEAM EVER

Calvin is in 10th grade and he's part of the football team.  That's a crazy statement....because Waterloo Christian School has been working on getting a football program up and running for a couple years now.  The dream came true at the start of year 2023-2024.  WCS Regents is playing 8-man football and had their first game 8-25-2023 vs Springville Orioles.  They lost but their team scored two touchdowns and played great defense the first 3/4 of the game. Everyone was so proud of them!!!  Calvin is thrilled to be a part of it, even though it is very, very hard.  He's especially enjoying weight lifting, and this mama is excited for the character building that being part of a sports team can bring.

Summer 2023

I realize I don't blog much about the mundane.  I'm going to post pics from this past summer before sports and the school year takes off!

This was the summer of preparing the 721 Ansborough office and moving our 1st St office to the new one.  We put down new flooring, added a kitchenette, and moved, all while keeping up with the flow of  business.  It literally felt as if our work life went up into a tornado.
